My work is centred on design systems, including tokens, theming, multi-brand systems, component architecture, and system governance. I view design systems not as a collection of artefacts, but as a people-driven capability that enables consistency, scale, and shared decision-making across organisations—while continuously evolving to support more adaptive and intelligent product ecosystems.

Beyond hands-on design execution, I partner closely with product and engineering by leveraging tools such as Figma (Figma, FigJam, Make), Miro, Jira, or Asana to streamline workflows and reduce operational overhead. By introducing more responsive and automated ways of working, I help teams minimise friction, maintain momentum ahead of development, and reinvest time in higher-value creative and strategic work.
